The Dark Tenor, real name Billy Andrews, is a crossover artist from Austria and the USA. He gained recognition through his debut album "Symphony Of Light" in 2014. His unique fusion of classical music with pop elements quickly brought him success and acclaim.

Born on April 14, 1980, in Graz, Austria, he received extensive musical training and sang in the Dresdner Kreuzchor. His early career as an opera singer in the Dresdner Semperoper shaped his formative years.

The Dark Tenor performs with a distinctive black mask and hood but later chose to remove it and paint panda eyes. He released several successful albums and toured in Germany.
